Attracting clients always starts with you. Rapport Building For Sales: Getting To The Heart Of The Matter will help you magnify your understanding of yourself and your potential clients. It will help you to perceive and use deeper levels of communication to get the results that you want.

Go to the roots of how people make decisions; tap into your personal magnetism and learn to decode spoken and unspoken information with your clients in ways you have never done before.

This workshop is a conversation designed to increase your skills and awareness while, unquestionably supporting your client’s goals. The workshop will include, but is not limited to:

  1. Sensory Acuity: Get conscious of those sensory cues unconsciously communicated to you by your client so that you can easily pick them up and utilize them to facilitate the growth of a trusting, lasting relationship.

  2. Values: Learn how to elicit from your client what is important to him so that your customized plans unquestionably support what is purposeful and meaningful to his movement in the world.

  3. Metaphor: Learn the value of story to invite trust and engagement of your client’s plan.

  4. ‘Go for the No!’: Energy flows where attention goes. Uncover what ‘No’ really means so that you can translate that response in a way that supports and respects your client and yourself.

  5. Systems Thinking: Catch the language of systems thinking so that you engage your client using his own words, on a level that respects his world view and invites his trust.
